Information Collection and Use
For a better experience while using our Services, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.
Gmail users who use the Service to import selected email into their personal account within the Service are re-directed to sign in through their Gmail account. Gmail then provides a token that allows the Service one-time access to emails in the customer’s Gmail account. Customers select emails to be imported using filters of sender, receiver and date range. The Service does not save the token or any sign-in information from this process.
Users of other email providers who use the Service use a process to POP selected email into their account with the Service. This also requires a one-time log-in or access to the user’s account.
The Service does not remove, change or delete emails within the user’s email account. The emails gathered are specified by the customer using customer defined filters. The Service stores the copied email in the users account in the Service for the purpose of creating and printing a keepsake book. This account is available for the user to access as long as the user chooses to use the Service.
